AskASME is a platform that connects clients with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in logistics, supply chain, and related fields for professional consultations. Our services include:
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. SMEs must possess genuine expertise in their declared fields.
We reserve the right to verify SME credentials and may require documentation to confirm expertise and professional background.
Consultation fees are set by individual SMEs. AskASME charges a platform fee for facilitating connections and processing payments. All fees are clearly disclosed before booking.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Refund policies vary by consultation type and timing of cancellation. Generally, cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for full refunds, subject to SME policies.

Users retain ownership of content they create but grant AskASME a license to use such content for platform operations, including matching services and quality assurance.
